What is your return and refund process?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags. Email info@risingenterprise.co to start a return. Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
